Shipping policy

We use USPS, UPS and/or FedEx as our carriers. Please note that a signature may be required for all deliveries from Lowder Art. 

When will my art arrive?
Packages will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase (unless I am away for a trip). Local pick up is an option. Please email lowderart.com to arrange a pick up if you select that option.

Tax
Artworks that are shipped to New York addresses will incur NYS sales tax of 8.875%.

Damaged Artwork

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not sign for the delivery and/or contact us immediately. For further information, see our Return Policy.
